Abstract

On September 8, 2025, as part of the ongoing placement season, Genpact, a global leader in professional services, engaged with the students of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, through a thoughtfully curated series of interactions. Under the guidance of Mr. Sandip Das, Head of Placements for all the campuses of Jaipuria Institute of Management and Career Management Team of Indore Campus, the initiative aimed to equip students with corporate exposure, practical knowledge of the recruitment process, and a clearer understanding of career opportunities within the organization. Ms. Shephali Srivastava, AVP, Genpact, and Ms. Gargi Choudhury, AVP–HR, Genpact, shared corporate insights by highlighting industry expectations, professional readiness, recruitment practices, and the key attributes sought in prospective candidates.
