| dc.description.abstract | On 31st December 2025, “Op.Zen” the Operations Management Club of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore successfully organised “Operations Management Simulation Activity” under the guidance of Dr. Vinayak Vishwakarma and Dr. Jagdish Bhagwat. The activity was designed to translate classroom concepts into hands-on learning through a structured two-round format. The focus of this simulation was to understand production line concept, planning of different activities on a production line, efficient product assembly, work division, work allocation, work time reduction, improving efficiency, application of PDCA concept etc. | en_US |
